○○の秋
こんにちは
なおぽんです
あっという間に夏が過ぎ去り、
季節になってきましたね
秋といえば、読者の秋、スポーツの秋、食欲の秋
いろいろありますが、今回は芸術の秋
美術館に行ったり、音楽を聴いたり、映画を観たり・・・
普段触れられないものに触れるのはとても勉強になりますよね
私は最近物作りをしてきました
グラス、大皿、プレゼント用におちょこ
物作りは遊びの一環ですが、実はとても頭を使います
とても集中力が必要だし、出来上がりを見越した
想像力や計算も必要。
でもなにより、楽しむことがいちばんですけどね
物作りは、最初はへたっぴでも作品を作れば作るほど上達します
勉強も、
必ず解けるようになります
できないことに焦らずに、じっくり向き合っていきましょう

指導の仕方
皆さんこんにちは
夏も終わりもうすぐ秋に入りますね
僕はずっと体験レッスンスタッフとして、お子さんたちに
勉強のキッカケを作る事をメインで
をメイン
もちろん先生方は勉強の知識は豊富ですが、
「勉強のやり方が分からない」「やる気や習慣がない」
そんなお子さんたちへの教え方はやはり難しいです
お子さんが勉強を頑張るためには、勉強を教える立場の人が
お子さんの進度・理解力・やる気などを把握してから、
その子に合った指導内容や宿題の出し方を
工夫することが大切です
勉強がわからない子の気持ちを理解して、
家庭教師の先生がお子さんの苦手な箇所を克服する
手助けをできるように、先生方と日々指導力向上を
目指していきたいと思います

積み重ね
こんにちは
9月とは言え、まだまだ暑いですね?
残暑バテ寸前のたかみーです
ゴルフが趣味な僕ですが、
苦しんでいます
そんな中、
スペシャルアイテム発見
スイングをすると
トップスピードでカチっと音が鳴るという優れも
リズミカルにスイング練習ができます
まずは1日100回の素振りを継続
1ヶ月後、
勉強も一緒です練習量や練習時間に対しての
成果はすぐには出ません。

報告書喜びの声
今回はランナー会員さまの喜びの声をご紹介します
保護者の方、
不安は尽きないものだと思います
ただ、毎月家庭教師の先生からの報告書を見て、
お子さんの現状がわかったり、今後の対策や計画が
あると、先が見えて安心で
私たちランナー本部スタッフも、生徒さんに自信を付けて
もらえるように、会員さまや家庭教師の先生を
精一杯サポートしていきます
