第一歩！！

新生活・新学期など、環境が変わる春

3年生は部活が本格的に追い込みの時期に入り、

2年生には後輩ができ、1年生には全てが新しい環境・・・

と、様々な変化があると思います

 

やることがたくさんあるからこそ『スタート』が大事になります

僕自信の経験でも『あれしたいなー始めようかなー』と思いつつ、

なかなか行動に移せなかったことがたくさんあります

それが自分の為と分かっていても、一歩踏み出すのには

とてつもないパワーがいります

 

そう考えると『宿題をする』『予習・復習』は、

本当に根気と勇気が必要です

では、やりたくないことを行動に移し、成果に繋げる人の『コツ』は何か。

それは、まずとにかく『第一歩を踏み出す』ことです。

一歩踏み込んでしまえば意外にたいした事ないもんです。

 

掃除をするにしても、面倒くさいと思いながらも一度やり始めたら

細かいところまで気になって徹底的にやっちゃう人、

多いんじゃないですか

 

これから何に取り組むにしても一歩踏み出す行動を心掛け、

アクティブな自分を作っていきましょう
