目標を達成するには！！

先日ＮＨＫの『仕事学のすすめ』という番組tv.gifで、

北島康介選手をオリンピックで２大会連続２種目の

金メダルcrown.gifに導いたコーチ、平井伯昌さんと

いう方が番組に出ていましたeye.gif

特に印象に残ったのが、

「karaoke.gif日本人は平泳ぎや背泳ぎでは世界で活躍して

いますが、自由形やバタフライなど、体格差が影響

してしまうような種目は難しいのですか？」

という質問に対して、

「いや、僕はそうは思いません。

体格が違うというのは事実ですが、

それを認めると言い訳になってしまいます。

僕自身は日本人のコーチングが

まだ外国に通用してないだけで、

そこを改善すれば通用するように

なっていくと思います。」

という平井さんのコメントでしたshine.gif

僕自身も壁にぶつかった時や、

目標を超えられるか不安な時、

「できるか・・・できないか・・・」

と考え悩んでしまうことがありますdespair.giftyphoon.gif

ただ、今回の話で、

「できるか、できないか」ではなく、

★「いかにしてやるか」を考える

★「言い訳」をしない

という事が成長に繋がるんだと、

改めて確認させられましたconfident.gifbud.gif

これからテストのお子さん、テストが返されたお子さんも、

言い訳をせず、「いかにしてやるか」を

考えて頑張ろうsign03.gifrock.gif

喜んでもらえるように、色々な事にチャレンジし、
