指導内容の報告

今日､泉区のお母さんと指導が始まってから２ヶ月目だったので､お話をしました｡
その中で､『指導後の報告が無い』とご相談がありました｡

詳しく様子を聞くと･･･来た時と､帰る時には挨拶はされるけど､指導の報告が無いから､指導様子が全く把握出来ないとの事でした｡それはまずい･･･！！！

多くのご家庭は､お子さんの部屋で指導しているので､保護者の方は指導を真横で見ているわけではありません｡(ご家庭の中にはリビングや､居間で指導しているご家庭もあります)

ましてや､反抗期や勉強嫌いのお子さんが多いので､自分から『今日は先生とこんな指導をしたよ！』とか､『今はここまで進んだよ！』とか言う事もほとんどありません(＞＜*)

早速先生に連絡をして､指導後に

･お子さんの様子 ･指導の進度 ･これからの計画

などを保護者の方に報告を必ずするように､指導をしました｡

相性だけではなく､コミュニケーションをしっかりとる事も､指導をしていく上でとても重要な事なんだ､とお母さんからのご意見で改めて感じました｡貴重なご意見ありがとうございました(*ﾟｰﾟ)！

今後先生の研修会では､指導後のコミュニケーションの取り方をしっかり伝えて行こうと思います｡
